Ran Steam as Admin | Ran Oblivion.exe as Admin | Ran Oblivion though GeForce Experience (overlay don't work for it) I have tried the following since making these posts: I still have not pinned down whether its from my GPU drivers updating or some other new issue. I have tried a dozen solutions suggested here & other sites & nothing has worked. Continuing from the post I made before, Oblivion will not load at all despite me not touching ANY of the games files anywhere in my PC for over 2 months.
